Man oh man have I been bad about pregnancy posts this go round. Well, Ive been bad about any and all posts period, but my poor baby girl #2 has gotten no blog love. I attribute it to having baby girl #1 and when she lets me sit for 5 seconds, I just want to SIT!
With only 9 weeks left until the due date I figured I should at least get a few more posts in. Maybe I'll try and do one after each doctors appt and that way I'll be kept accountable by putting myself on that schedule. After each appt I'll make sure to come in and sit for a few minutes and update how close we are getting to meeting her! and of course how massive Ive grown. Which is pretty massive. 41 pounds to be exact. YOWZA!
The number one question you get as a pregnant lady is "how have you been feeling?" I never know what to say to this bc its really depending on what time of day you are asking me, or what I just ate, or if I just walked up the stairs and happened to run into you and am now hyperventilating. I usually feel good in the mornings, and almost 95% of the nights I feel yuck. I think I only had about 6 weeks there where I felt fine and am now back to feeling pretty bloated w that nasty taste in my mouth all night.
The breathing is whats most insane for me. It's so different. I walked a lot during my pregnancy with Kennedy. I was nannying Alex at the time and always took him for strolls in that hilly area of Cincinnati and now I can barely walk around my house and up the stairs. I am a wimp. A big fat pregnant wimp. Or at least I feel like one. I hate not having that same energy. I miss energy. I just want to take my kid and dog for a walk without passing out, but the brisk hilly walks are totally out of the question. Walking is difficult enough. I've even started to do the waddle =/
Food, oh geez. I'll be STARVING!!!!! and then, when I finish eating, I feel like I have eaten four peoples meals and am now suffocating.
My back aches, which also wasnt an issue with Kennedy. Never had the back pain, but its making up for lost time I swear. Im just uncomfortable, to say the least. Not to mention I have a 30 pound child that wants me to carry her around all the time.
Sleep is ok. My hips hurt a little and I'll be ready for the day that I can sleep on my back and stomach again. I do have to get up to use the bathroom on average, 3 times a night, which isnt the greatest. Sometimes I sit and think, I AM on the toilet right? Im just so out of it and sleepy, that Im afraid I'll forget to go to the toilet. That would be disastrous.
So............some belly pictures for ya. I take them with my phone so they arent fantastic shots or anything. I just remember to do it when I finish getting ready for the day and the only person around to take a picture is myself. Kennedy has tried, with no success.

I took two pictures this week bc you couldnt tell as much in the first how big my belly was...and I cleaned up the bathroom a bit =)
