I really cant believe I have a two year old. I just got used to her being 1 and not being an infant anymore, and now I have to accept that she is already TWO!?!??! How in the world does time pass by this quickly? It sort of bums me out that she is growing up so fast, but I know it makes for a healthy happy girl and that is definitely a blessing!
She has fun day on her birthday. I think her favorite part was all the phone calls and singing of happy birthday. It was hilarious that by the end of the day she knew the song so well and was singing it to herself.
We started out the day with a fun breakfast, mickey mouse pancakes with sprinkles, whipped cream, and a candle.
Then we went over to my aunt's house and took Kennedy out on the party boat. Kennedy had so much fun, I just know she will be talking about it for days. We took the boat to White Island, which is a little island that is surrounded my shallow water. You can just walk from island to island. Its nice to have all that shallow water with a kid, bc she can touch the bottom everywhere.
feeding the geese
driving the boat and making mommy very sea sick
she was LOVING Macy and Kota
Afterwards we met daddy for lunch at Sonny's, and then came home to take a nap. That night we took the donations that people brought to her party and dropped them off at The Ronald McDonald house.
Then we went and got some dinner and picked up a fun cookie of Kennedy's choice for her birthday "cake." I didnt get an actual cake bc after her party I seriously could not look at icing or eat another sweet. She picked the cookie with "pwinkles." We headed home for presents and "cake" and a little fun before bed time.
We got her a computer for her birthday, its not a MAC but she still likes it =)
the only family photo I could get...she's not very cooperative in front of the camera...
Happy Birthday sweet girl! Im so proud to be your mommy and love with everything I have!
